Une chambre est petite mais peut accueillir un lit, un lit pour enfant ou faire un parfait bureau ou un coin pour écrire le grand roman américain. Votre adresse avec vue sur la montagne, avec très peu de pollution lumineuse pour ternir le ciel nocturne, vous fera passer l'observation des étoiles à un niveau supérieur. L'eau est incluse dans le loyer, et vous vous sentirez complet avec une salle de bain entière comprenant baignoire/douche et buanderie privée au sous-sol. Un espace de rangement supplémentaire est disponible au sous-sol et il y a un petit abri détaché ainsi qu'un espace mezzanine accessible par une échelle.
